About our Tennis program

Tennis is a complete sport that builds a strong mind and body, fostering key life skills alongside athletic development.

Mental Fortitude and Strategy

Tennis builds resolve, a strategic mind, and a respectful competitive spirit. It teaches players to think ahead, adapt to changing situations, and maintain focus under pressure.

Psychomotor Development

The sport places great emphasis on physical co-ordination and responsiveness. Through repeated training, a child's spatial judgement and hand-brain co-ordination are strengthened to a great extent, leading to a more agile and responsive body.

Well-being and Positive Outlook

Being in an open space for long periods of time relieves mental agitation and anxiety. This helps to develop an optimistic and positive spirit in our young athletes.
